"Firstly, congratulations to Cam (Waters) for the race win today, and a big congratulations to Scotty (McLaughlin) and his team for an amazing year. We did everything we could to try and take the championship to Bathurst, but we weren't quite quick enough today, and you have to be consistent as well which we weren't quite there. I'm pretty proud of what everyone's done this year, and I'm looking forward to going to Bathurst in a few weeks' time. As Ricky Bobby says, 'if you're not first, you're last,' so it doesn't really matter what happens in the championship anymore. We'll just look forward to Bathurst, go hard and it'll be great to have Lowndesy back in the car to see if we can do a good job. We feel like we worked hard this year, and unfortunately, we're not going to get the biggest trophy, but we'll try really hard to get the second biggest trophy."

"Today's races were pretty good but would've been better if we had qualified higher up the grid. The first lap in the second race today was awesome. There were cars going everywhere and luckily, I was just in the right spots. Although it was fun, we really should've been up the front. We really wrecked a good car by not qualifying well. We had a fantastic car; the crew did an awesome job but starting up the back hurts. Because it's so hard to pass at this track, you have to get a tyre differential somehow, and there's not much tyre degradation with this track, so you can stay out and go faster once the slower guys pit, so it sort of works both ways. I'm really looking forward to Bathurst now; I just want to go racing and have some fun. I've got an awesome car, and even if you qualify bad there, I have a lot of time to make up track position. I can't wait to get there."
