Andre Heimgartner confirmed in #7 for season 2019
Kelly Racing is pleased to confirm that Andre Heimgartner will continue with the Team in the 2019 Supercars Championship.

The 23 year old will again drive the #7 Nissan Altima Supercar.

The 2019 season will mark the New Zealand star's fourth full-time season in the category, having enjoyed stints at Super Black Racing (2015) and Lucas Dumbrell Motorsport (2016).

In 2017, Heimgartner focused on Australian Carrera Cup and Asian GT competition before being lured back to Supercars by Kelly Racing last year, replacing team owner Todd Kelly, who hung up his helmet after 18 seasons in the category.

Heimgartner finished 17th in the standings, ending the year with a flurry of results, including a top 10 shoot-out berth at his home race at Pukekohe Park, as well as two top 10 finishes at the Newcastle street race.

Heimgartner and his Kelly Racing team-mates will be at the pre-season test at Phillip Island on February 14.

The livery on the #7 Nissan Altima driven by Andre Heimgartner will be revealed prior to the season opening event, the Superloop Adelaide 500 starting on Thursday 28 February.
