STEWARDS SUMMARY OF JUDICIAL OUTCOMES, Update #2: issued Sunday, 25 November 2018 at 0955hrs.

Matters from Qualifying for Race 30:
Deputy Race Director Incident Determinations
There were no DRD determinations.

Stewards' Decisions – Penalties imposed
The Stewards imposed a 3 Grid Spot Penalty in Race 30 on Car #100, Cam Waters, for impeding Car #23, Michael Caruso, at Turn 11 in breach of Schedule B2 Article 2.1.1.

Matters from Race 30:
Deputy Race Director Incident Determinations
During the Race the DRD investigated an Incident at Turn 12 on Lap 23 when Car #1, Jamie Whincup, made contact with Car #12, Fabian Coulthard, as a result of which Car #1 collided with the wall at the exit of Turn 12. The DRD determined the matter did not warrant referral to the Stewards.

Stewards' Decisions – Penalties imposed
The Stewards imposed the following Penalties during the Race:
- a Pit Lane drive through Penalty on Car #18, Lee Holdsworth, for a breach of Safety Car Procedure (accelerating before the Safety Car boards and flags were withdrawn) on Lap 47 in breach of Rule D10.2.11;
- a 15 Second Time Penalty on Car #100, Cam Waters, for a breach of Schedule B2 Article 2.1.1 – Careless Driving causing contact with Car #230, Will Davison, at Turn 2 on Lap 80.

Following the Race, and after an admission to the breach, the Stewards imposed a Post Race 25 Second Time Penalty (PLP equivalent) on Car #19, Jack le Broq, for a breach of Rule D10.2.3 (overtaking the Safety Car before signalled to do so).

Following a Hearing, the Stewards imposed a Post Race 25 Second Time Penalty on Car #97, Shane van Gisbergen, for a breach of Rule D25.6.3.2 (Car lowered to the ground while Refuelling is taking place during a Pit stop) – Stewards' Decision published separately.
