Re: 2020 Supercars Calendar
The COVID impact has seen a revised calendar released. Notably, no Gold Coast or Newcastle races. The 2020 champion will be crowned at Bathurst in February 2021, with no Bathurst 12 hour going ahead.
Sydney Motorsport Park June 27-28 Winton Motor Raceway July 18-19 Hidden Valley Raceway August 8-9 Reid Park Street Circuit August 29-30 The Bend Motorsport Park September 19-20 Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit October 8-11 Wanneroo Raceway October 31-November 1 Symmons Plains Raceway November 21-22 Sandown Raceway December 12-13 Hampton Downs or Pukekohe Park January 9-10 2021 Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit February 5-7 2021 Likely no crowd at SMP, hopefully crowds are able to attend events hopefully after that. We'll wait and see if there are further format changes. Either an enduro format at Perth or Sandown could become the final event of the Enduro Cup.

Re: 2020 Supercars Calendar
Can't go to Winton because of travel restrictions, back to SMP the circus goes. Easy and necessary decision. Saturday night racing is happening.
Could we have 6 rounds at SMP? Stranger things could happen this year.

Re: 2020 Supercars Calendar
Hidden Valley round 1 is delayed a week, now starting 15-16 Aug. A second Hidden Valley round is still planned, possibly the following Friday & Saturday. It is TBC at this stage. With dual rounds then planned for Townsville, tight turnaround. Any team that sustains significant damage will struggle to repair it in time. Who knows if spare parts can be organised and sent up for Victorian teams.
Following the dual rounds at Townsville, Supercars are keen to send teams home. This would mean the next round after Townsville will be Bathurst. Sandown is no chance of happening. Whilst it is still along way to go, currently no chance of Supercars getting to Perth or Tassie. Following Bathurst, Supercars will have the choice to have multiple rounds at SMP to finish the season or maybe a round at QR (or Winton?) before finishing the season at SMP. All subject to change in 2020.

Re: 2020 Supercars Calendar
Hopefully we will be able to race for the rest of the season with little or no further interruptions.
